An urgent situation meeting from the Oklahoma Condition Board of Health was known as Monday night.
The meeting adjourned immediately into a professional session where members discussed the use status from the Oklahoma Commissioner of Health, Terry Cline.
The Oklahoma Condition Board of Health moved to simply accept the resignation of Oklahoma Commissioner of Health, Terry Cline, Ph.D. and hired Director and Secretary of Finance, Preston Doerflinger as Interim Oklahoma Condition Department of Health (OSDH) Commissioner. Doerflinger will assume his responsibilities October 31, 2017.
The resignation of Commissioner Cline uses the Board received information about an immediate financial loss predicated by multiple many years of over-expenses and financial management. OSDH stated the business has signed an engagement letter for any special audit through the Oklahoma Condition Auditor and Inspector’s office to deal with the present finances.
